Return Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for undamaged products in their original packaging.
For opened or used printers, a 20% restocking fee applies. Please note that unsealed ink cartridges are strictly non-returnable.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
· The product must be in the original packaging.
· All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
· The product must not show signs of misuse, unauthorized repair, or physical damage.
Non-returnable Items
· Customized or personalized products.
· Products damaged due to improper use or handling.
· Items returned without prior authorization.
Return & Exchange Process
1. Contact our support team at [support@labelcrisp.com] with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product.
2. Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address.3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or send the replacement.
5. We offer a 30-day return policy. Free returns.

Refund Timeframe
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Please allow 06 – 12 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.
